A variation of traditional bratwurst or kielbasa and kraut, slow-cooked in a crock pot with potatoes.
Krock Dog Kraut
Ingredients
- 8 Angus beef hot dogs, bratwurst, kielbasa or similar links
- 1 Can Bavarian Style Saurkraut
- 1 Thinly Sliced potato
- 1 Stalk celery (Diced)
- 1 small onion (Minced)
- 1 Tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 Dash dill
- 1 Dash ground black pepper
- 1 Dash sea salt
- 1 Cup H2O
- 8 Oz. V8 (Regular)
- 1 Dash balsamic vinegar
- 1 Dash of Lee & Perrins
- 2 Tsps. spicy mustard
- 12 oz beer, “if’n ya wanna”
How to make it

Blend all ingredients into the crock pot.

Cook on low heat for about 2 hours.
